 Regular Rates

• $   525.00 per night (7 night minimum unless otherwise shown in the calendar)
• $3,675.00 per week

 Holiday Rates - Thanksgiving Nov. 25 - Dec. 1

• $   675.00 per night (7 night minimum)
• $4,725.00 per week

 Low Season Rates - Apr. 16 - Dec. 15

• $   525.00 per night (7 night minimum)
• $3,675.00 per week

 High Season Rates - Dec. 16 - Apr. 15

• $   675.00 per night (7 night minimum)
• $4,725.00 per week

• Note: A 5% discount is offered for a reservation 28 nights or longer

 Rental Policy:

• Please see House Rules and Guidelines provided with your Arrival Details
• Please see Pool & Deck Rules.
• Smoking is not allowed at Maui Ocean Palms
• Please - No Pets
• Please be courteous of the neighbors as it is a quiet residential neighborhood
• As per the Terms and Conditions of our Maui County Vacation Rental Permit, please

      respect the 9:00pm - 8:00am quiet time - especially outdoors.

 Deposit & Payment Policy:

• 50% of total due with reservation
• The balance is due 60 days before arrival - for High Season the balance is due 90 days before arrival

 Other Fees :

• All rentals subject to 14.42% Hawaii State Tax.
• The Cleaning Fee is $225.00
• The Damage Insurance policy fee is $59.00
• There are no resort fees, booking fees, or parking fees.
• A $250.00 penalty will be charged per noise complaint by neighbors.

 Cancellation Policy :

• Cancellations must be in writing (email) and received 60 days prior to check in date (90 days for High Season). A refund will be given less $100.00 for administrative fees.
• For cancellation notices received after 60 (or 90) days, no refunds will be made until the cancelled period is re-rented and confirmed.  If partially re-rented the refund will be pro-rated.
• If property is not re-rented for the cancelled period, all monies paid, cancellation fees and taxes will be forfeited.
