Maui Ocean Palms is a half acre luxury vacation rental property with a beautiful Hawaiian style home designed by renowned architect Hans Riecke.
The upper floor has a large living/dining area with a 55" Sony 4k UHD LED TV, two bedrooms w/ Sony 48" 4k UHD LED TVs, two bathrooms (one with tub), a full kitchen with new appliances, a laundry room and a very large lanai seating and dining area (balcony/deck) with a fabulous panoramic ocean view.
Open beam ceilings, travertine, mahogany, redwood, granite and marble are throughout...
The ocean / islands southwest view is amazing and overlooks lush tropical vegetation and the South Shoreline - specifically The Four Seasons Resort Wailea, and beyond to Molokini and Lanai.
The secluded lower yard has a large deep swimming pool, and a peaceful and well kept fish pond with a running stream....
The property is lush and tropical with mature vegetation on all sides. The landscaping includes a Plumeria grove (the flowers that make the lei wreaths). At the front entry there are two enchanting waterfalls when you approach the doors.
This gated yard access home sits at approximately 500 foot elevation - just enough to feel perfectly cool. It is air conditioned but you generally won't need it especially at night. The Mountain, Haleakala, looms up to 10,000 feet behind this beautiful property.
The best beaches on Maui are within several minutes drive down the hill. If you enjoy walking or jogging... the hillside where this home is located in a secluded neighborhood... all properties are half an acre minimum and spread apart.
Area attractions within minutes include Golf, world class Restaurants, the Shops at Wailea, Spas, Luaus, the beach path, watersports and the best of Maui sightseeing.
